Okay I weigh 134 and I'm in a size 6 and can squeeze into a 5 if I try. When ever I look at myself in the mirror I think I look like a cow. What do I do to stop making myself feel this way. I know personal that I'm not fat because my family's a big family and I would have to say I'm the smallest out of all of them. But I can't look at myself and say I look normal but I look at myself and say omg I'm so fat. Does anybody have an answer for me except lose weight.

Maybe your cloths are just too tight. A better fit would make you look trim.

OK 1st before I give you some advice I'm going to tell you abought my sister. My sister had the same problem. And what happened to her is eventully she got an eating disorder and went from 140 to 85 punds. Ud think that this would only affect her but it didn't. Our family has been struggling because of this for 3 years now. Here's been so much stress in outr household because of it. Its overwhelming at times. I think the best thing for you to do is, practice exapting who you are. If you compare yourself to every one it'll get you nowhere. Because there's ALWAYS going to be someone prettier, hansomer, Skinner, ex. Just except who you are and like it. However, you could eat healthier and work out on acation to be healthy, but don't take it 2 far.

Hope I've helped.

First of all, I don't think that 134 is fat. A size 6 isn't fat either. Many women would love to be a six. (myself included) Your ideal weight depends on your height and body type. Your doctor can help you determine your ideal weight and body fat percentage. He/she can help you figure out what the right weight for you is. It also can depend on your age to an extent. I'll give you an example. When I was 14/15 years old, I weighed around 130 or so and I was 5 feet, 2 inches tall. I didn't like how I looked. But when I was 17-18 years old, I grew 4 inches. I am now in my twenties and I weigh around 130/135, but I am now 5feet 6 inches. So I look different than I did as a teen, and I like how I look. My body was still growing back then, and it just took a little while for everything to finish up! So, my point is, don't stress too much about it if you are a teen. As you go through puberty, different parts of your body develop at different times. It's normal for your hips/thighs to get a little bit bigger. You're not getting fat, your body is just changing from a girl's into a woman's. If some of your clothes are a little snug, just buy the next size up. If a size 6 fits, wear it. It's not a "big" size. You will be much more comfortable without trying to squeeze into a smaller size. Wearing clothes too small cuts off your circulation and isn't good for you. If you want to make sure you are being healthy, get at least a 1/2 hour of exercise every day, drink enough water, and eat regular balanced meals. The exercise doesn't have to be extreme. Just do whatever you enjoy doing, like taking the dog for a walk or taking a dance class. Like I said, talk to your doctor about it if you are really worried. You should always talk to a doctor before you start an exercise/diet program anyway, just to make sure everything is OK and you are healthy enough to exercise. You sound like you're a pretty normal weight to me. Focus on being healthy, not on your pants size. If you make healthy choices, if you need to lose weight, it will gradually come off. If you are really worried about it, it might help to talk to a counselor. If you start thinking about it too much, you could develop an eating disorder. Don't let it stress you out. I think most guys would rather be with a girl with normal curves than with a stick-thin anorexic looking unhealthy girl. You are unique and special and never let anyone make you feel bad about how you look! :)
