I heard a really groovy dance/trance song in a clothing store recently and I can't figure out for the life of me which artist it is! It's almost got the same beat and sound as the Rolling Stones' "Miss You" only more quick and someone is whistling the whole thing.

I would love it if someone could tell me the name of it!
