* -5x+4=29
* 6(2a-3) =-30
* lx+3l =4
* is it a paralle, perpendicular, or neither?
Line1: through (2,10) and (1,5)
Line2: through (3,-7) and (8,-8)
* x<-3
* y<-x+4

x=5
a=-4
x=1
paralle
x=-4
y=10 x= -3
I don't know for sure I'm just gesing if it helps at all

the first two you need to get x on one side and that'll be your answer.
#3 I think has 2 answers because 3 can be put to the otherside as -3 or +3
#4 you can graph using a normal x y coordinate plane and that'll give you the answer.
What are you looking for on the last two? X?

For the equations, solve for the unknown. In order to tell whether the two lines are parallel, perpendicular, or neither you must plot them on a graph and see what type of line relationship they have.
I will help you with the first *... -5x+4=29... remember... you must use order of operations
-5x+4=29
-5x=29-4
_______
-5x=25 (now you must get the x by itself)
_______
x=25/-5 (dividing 25 by -5)
_______
x=-5
