This answer is kind of late, but I noticed that from 173 viewers, you had not one answer. Go to you local child protective service, ask them for your requirements. In order to get a licnece, you must meet certain hour in administration, I think it's 3 or 4 courses. You can get your degree on line (Child Care Management) from Stratford Career Institude. I got mine there and I also got my AA in Child Development, but that one was not on-line. They take my Management Diploma, which I got on line, here in Texas, even though the institution is in Washington D.C. It is a registered institution that provides a sealed transcript.
