my husband had a white bump on his penis ..he said it had water in it...does anybody know whar that is????

White bumps are generally normal in men but it could be anything from Herpes (http://yourstdhelp.com/herpes.html) to a pimple or maybe even HPV Genital Warts (http://yourstdhelp.com/hpv.html). Either way I would sugest heading over to the doc just to make sure and ease both your minds.
