Hello,
I am going nuts with a recent odor in my 3-story old building apartment, I live in the third floor and a rare never smelled odor is coming from under my bathroom sink... I checked everything, ventilated the area for 2 days and the smell still there... It's a kind of organic odor, that I thought could be rotten food, but how could it be? I checked and nothing is leaking or wet, any suggestions? I really appreciate any ideas in what to do... or maybe how mold smells, (Im new to this place) and the owner doesn't seem to smell nothing... I don't know if he wants to get out of the problem or what... Thanks :(

Lulussita- There is two things that I can think Of . #1- You could have a dead mouse under the sink cabnit . #2 there could be hair ,scum etc down in the drain , it could also be in the tub drain , clean them out, or have the land lord have it done good luck F.B.E.

A mouse!! Hahah, it thought the same thing but I was courageous and I look and no mouse, maybe it can be hidden between the compartments, oh my god! I will clean it with bleach and see what happens... I also found out that this apartment was out of use for like 2 months and I read in other posts that some times lack of use causes odor when you use it again, Well thanks for the time in helping me out..! :)
