The executable file for clipboard viewer in windows xp is missing. I had the same problem with sndvol32.exe but I was able to locate and download that file on microsoft's website.

Where can I get another copy of clipbrd.exe?

Do you still have your Windows XP cd? If so, you can put it in your CD-ROM and do a search on it for that particular file and then copy it straight to your Windows\System32 directory, or whatever location you want to store it in.
