It does happen. Maybe the amount was so small neither of you could find it. If a guy has sex a lot, he can orgasm with very little ejaculate coming out. It is also possible that he experienced an orgasm without ejaculation. That's pretty cool actually, but unlikely because it's usually a learned thing. If a guy can do that, he can have multiple orgasms.
