How do I get him to notice me again, be more involved in me and get a little jealous when he sees other guys giving me attention?

I found that if I pay more attention to his needs first, then I get my needs met. This takes time to learn to do and the payoff may not be immediate, but by respecting him and what he needs he then respects me and my needs.
