How do you install a dvd/vcr combo line in only to a television?

If you Have No Coax output on DVD, And Only Coax on TV. You will need a Modulator.
RCA Cables In and Coax Output, Channel 3 or 4 on TV.
Have got them for $12 at dollar store.
