I want to know if we have signed a contract with a real estate agent on 10 03 2007 and it states on there the expiration date of the contract and said agent wrote down 04 03 2007, does that make the contract void and I can drop it with no repercussions.

Not really. If you were sued over the contract, they might win. It's clear that this is just a clerical error.

It may be enough to go to them and ask for a release. Since the date to end is before the date on the contract I would guess that the courts would view this as a errror and may or may not void the contract.
