Rank and AK, yes there is much more that happened. But I am not sure if it would be polite to post it on this thread? It involves some very scary and strange things that involved my ex wife. I'm beginning to think she may have been the one to "draw" this stuff?

Nov 1, 2007, 05:34 PM
Hi albear, hello again rank...

Stringer, what had happened to your daughters tongue? Was she stung by a bee too?

AK, at the time, when everything calmed down some I asked her. But she was only about 2 so she couldn't tell me. We checked her tongue and could only see a small red mark.

Many years later I asked her one evening when she was visiting and we were all out on the patio. She said she really didn't remember too much except that maybe she put her tongue on something in the garage. Possibly something that obviously burned it. What happened to each of the children and my ticket was explainable. But the sequence of events all happening at the same time? And that doesn't even begin to explain what occurred in the house, the fire and the locked doors and windows. And I wonder, was grandma there to protect?

Stringer

That's what I was thinking, all the events happened at the same time and the stuff that followed is definitely paranormal. That is truly strange and extremely interesting.

The name of the stuff I used is Spar Shield, I think... I did a grill table for my backyard and it has stood up so far through three Florida summers and all the rain, too!
Comes in various sizes from five gallon pails all the way down to spray cans. It's designed to hold up on boats at all latitudes... Try a small can and see how it works on your stuff!

Good luck!

I am trying to allow the wood to go grey with the weather also, might have to use cedar instead of pine, the expense is a lot for the cedar, but the coloration and weathering might just make some customers happier.

Unless you're comletely prepared to leave soon enough to get far enough, I personally think if where you are is structurally sound, stick it out.
But then again, I don't know exactly where you are right now... geographically. You have access to the internet, can you track the storm relative to your location?
Let me know if I can help with links to radar. Here in NE FLA, I've sat through several nasty storms, but I didn't have Little Cheeks with me.

My friend had a doula and really liked the experience. Here is a pretty good explanation of one, "A doula who accompanies a woman in labor mothers the mother, taking care of her emotional needs throughout childbirth. A doula also provides support and suggestions for partners that can enhance their experiences of birth. A postpartum doula continues that valuable emotional support and guidance, helping a family make a smooth transition into new family dynamics."

I was not sure, wait a few more days until Little Cheeks is a 100 percent better, or pack up real fast and leave before any of the bad whether hits?
Not really ready but if Little Cheeks did not get sick I was thinking about leaving today but not even close to being ready now.

Yesterday brought him back to the doctors because he had a rash all over his chest belly and back. Pharmacist thought it was a reaction to the penicillin, the doctor does not think it had anything to do with it but switched medicines anyway. Today the whole rash disappeared. So it looks like he has a mild allergy to penicillin.

Good to know for future references.

Also good to read about the storm downgrade! Wome wind and rain, but not a full-fledged hurricane!

Checked the weather for nova scotia they are getting hit even harder and The farther west I go through new brunswick would be a mixture of rain and snow. I think the trip back can wait lol.

Yes, Captain it is awsome to hear of the down grade. Still not nice weather to drive in.

Little cheeks is doing lots better now.

Thanks, we always go back to the Italian Restruant where we had our reception. We plan to just go, if not opened any longer then we will go elsewhere and start a new tradition I guess."

You are right Start... there is a fabulous sea food place that is part of the Pro Bass Store, kind of attached. Been there once and she loved the Tilipia (sp) encrusted in macadamia (sp) crushed coating--melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is great; a hugh aquarium with tons of colorful salt water fish, I mean hugh---about 15 feet high x 30 feet wide, beautiful.

Hello everyone:D
I had only a little pain with Davy... I know I got lucky. She was so easy, unlike raising the pretty little thing! LOL
The boys were a different story, easy pregnancies, but labor was different... None of the kids had put me through more than 6 and 7 hours worth of pain! I refused meds and stayed calm... I said the F-word with Jett, but he was 9 lbs 7 ounces and no soft spot... I thought I was going to die... But I always say... we are never given anything we can't handle... Right?

I really want to do something.
It's such a pretty day, but I have no plans...
I'm kind of scared to take my kids anywhere today with the way their acting.
I just had to send them to their rooms... can someone say ATTITUDE...

I think two little children have been eating too much candy! LOL!
It might be time for it to mysteriously disappear LOL

Yes... and maybe they just NEED to go to the park and get all their energy out... Or make them run the yard 6 times... that is what I do... I make the kids run... always does the trick, then they end up playing together... Try it, even if it is just out of I am going to get you back spite! LMAO...

Hey that a good little trick!!

The neighborhood kids just showed up.
My house is the gathering place, so hopefully they get some of that energy out.

I think I've had toooo much coffee today...
Coffee... good nights sleep... I'm wired...

Time for me to get moving :D

Hugs to you too.

I know all about gathering places, there are just places that kids like to be better than their own homes... Take it as a compliment sweet!

I actually like it.
I prefer for my children to stay where I can see them and in our own yard:D

So it works for me... :)

Have a good day sugar start!!
I'll talk to you later!!
