Hello me:
I'm not sure what you're asking about. But, if a foreclosed upon house sells or is auctioned off for less than a borrower owes, then YES the lender will sue.

The lender on my automobile got a writ of pocessession on the auto. They have been returning my payments for the last 4 months. They are terminating our contract and I have to return the auto. I was current on the day that the writ was granted. It is not a repocessession.
