And aunt tell me that emancipation isn't aloud around Minnesota or anything

Go talk to your school guidance counselor they should be able to assist you with any help you may need

You need to talk to somebody that can do something about.
Running away isn't the answer because where ever you go you can get that family in serious trouble for harboring a minor.
