I have a hampton bay ceiling fan with remote and receiver and controller.the controller says not to use a neutral and is a solid state device.how does the controller need to be hooked up to make the contoller work?It needs 120v for the light and fan without a neutral or return connection so how do I make it work?what do I need to make it work?I've installed many other solid state devices but always with plc's operating with frequency drive.the residentual solid state devices are are new to me.What do I need to do to make it work?the fan and light have the proper voltage.The problem is the controller how do I hook it up?Any help would be great!

Ok, the controller hooks in place of your existing light switch. So if your light switch has two black wires going to it, you connect the controller to those two black wires.
