My sister in law die unexpectly without a Will. She lived in Texas and is married with 2 grown children. Before her death, her father died and the estate of her father had not been completed yet. Two months after her death, her father's estate was complete and a check was written to her estate. Now her husband can't seem to find out how to proceed with this check. The banks won't cash it. The check is from Indiana

The executor of her estate needs to setup an account in the name of the estate, The check can be deposited there.
