I'm having uncontrollable stress and anxiety! I have have vasovagal syncope, endometriosis, and ovarian cysts. I have stopped taking all of my medications Seasonal Birth control, Toporol XL, and Norpace. I have been off them for a month now. Were going to be trying to have a child soon, this is the reason I have stopped taking everything. With all that said. I feel like my stress is consuming me! I can't control it! I can't make it stop! I feel like jumping out of my skin! I can't breath at times and my chest hurts really bad! I have had my chest hurt like this before because of stress but normally it is induced my a VERY stressful situation. Now everything sets me off! Things that shouldn't! I just don't know what to do to manage it! I don't want to take any medications because I'm trying to get all the medications out of my system so we can try for a baby. I don't think having a child is stressing me out I don't feel anxiety about that! I just can't function and live this way! Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!

Don't know if you eventually did have a child, but having a child is the absolute LAST thing to do if you're having uncontrolled anxiety and are easily stressed out. I wasn't so stressed out until I had my son. Then my depression came back, as well as diagnosis of Bi-Polar on top of the depression.
So be careful, if you haven't had a child, you need to manage your stress first. It only gets worse with a child around. :)
