My sone had a birthday party with 10 kids. 3 of the boys were uncontrollable, abnoxious, rude, filthy mouths, the whole 9 yards. The one boy picked fights with every child, and threatened them all. I did not have his parents numnber o call then for them to pick him up. Upon the pile up he created I had to lift him off along with the other 4 boys to break the fight up. He went home and told his father that I punched and kicked him, and they came to my house looking for answers that evening with 3 other guys. Never once said anything of injury, just "man-handling" his sone was his issue. He is only (9 years old) and running around the school telling everyone that they are going to sue me. Mind you this child's family has had many "run-ins" with the law and are pretty shady people. Not that that matters! What should I expect from this.

Stick to the truth and be clear and specific. The more you sound like you are changing your story or adding to it the less reliable you will sound. Get your witnesses together and have them tell what happened. Often people like them have a way of hanging themselves with their own words. If the Judge has the facts on their history he will likely see their history of run ins and know they like the drama and exaggerations.
