Ok, so I saw this movie when I was really young, sometime between 1985 and 1989ish, though that may not be when it was made. I only remember two scenes from this movie. Near the beginning, there was a young boy and apparently he got locked in a closet in his classroom I think by some bullies. Anyway, he was locked in the closet overnight. Later on in the movie, sometime near the end, his is lying on a table that is surrounded by a bunch of lit candles. The boy and the table are in a house on or near the edge of a cliff with water below. I want to say that it was storming outside at the time, not sure, but it was dark at least. I also seem to remember something about a witch that put the boy there in that house at the end, but I can't remember seeing her. This has been bugging me for at least a decade, please help me figure this out!
