I have a Duerr 5hp chipper shredder and I need to sharpen the blades. I have the cover off and the bolt that holds the cutter head out but it will not come off. Any ideas?

Use a plastic or rubber hammer and tap on it. The first thing I would do though is remove the spark plug.
