I have recently just been on a holiday and when I came back I put on my old clothes and reailised that I've lost my belly fat although I still have loose skin which is so gross. How to I tighten my belly skin. Is it true that I should eat oranges.

All that I can say is that I was pregnant and you need to do something that is very active. Eat a lot of fruit and yogurts. It will really pay off. I am very active and just had my child like 6 months ago and I look very very nice... trust me.
I had that same flab that you are talking about. I lost it in no time. Do some of the bellydancing excercises you can get them from anywhere off the net. I only do stuff online because I have the tiny tot to look after... while that baby is sleeping I'm all over that floor... and the video doesn't even call for that mess... you better work it...

I lost my excess flab by taking chromium picolinate and grapefruit pills before each meal
I ate a grapefruit with breakfast every morning and drank a good bit of grape juice.
Also cut out greasy foods, junk foods and fast food. Eat leaner foods.
I try to always take the chromium with starchy carbohydrate meals or if I eat too much sugar.
