My 7 month old golden retriever was spayed on Thursday morning and she woke up this morning and it was extrmely red around the wound, has been bleeding ramdonly throughout the day and very swallon. Should I be concerned or can I do anything to make it better:(

I think it can wait until morning, but call the vet then.
