Hello,

I am 13. I am regularly feeling sick (mostly in the evenings and in the morning) I haven't been sick to date but I always think that I am about to vomit, does anyone have any ideas why I'm feeling like this? The sick feeling normally lasts for a couple of hours and it often wakes me up. It doesn't happen every day maybe once or twice a week.

Do you eat before going to bed? This sounds like it may just be a classic case of indigestion, or possibly GERD (basically acid reflux).

Yes, acid reflux is the first thing that comes to my mind, but since it can be many things, a medical exam should be done to determine the issues.

I eat at about 6:00 -6:30 and go to bed at about 10:00-10:30. I do not eat before I go to bed.

Also I don't eat breakfast anymore because I was waking up feeling ill and I am never hungry in the mornings
