Hey I was just wondering is it normal for a penis to be bent slightly cause at the top of my penis the bell end basically it bends to right is this normal?

Dr Oz, a regular on the Oprah television show, addressed this subject this week. He said that testicles hang one lower than the other. The penis bends toward the testicle that hang shorter than the other. (Or was it toward the longer one? ) :) I didn't listen too closely because I can't relate to the subject. :D
