My boyfriend has had supervised visits for 9 months then it went to unsupervised visits for the month of Sept ( which she refused to turn child over when he went to pick up) and then upon going back to court the end of Sept. The judge decided to have a mediator talk to both my boyfriend and his child's mother then the meditor decided to due supervised visits with a family services person for the 3 hours on the weekend. My boyfriend is not very happy that it went from supervised visits to unsupervised to supervised again due to her having an attorney on her side. As of right now we have talked to an attorney and he said that we need legal representation to get the visits unsupervised. So we have hired him to retain him. If we do get the attorney what happens if the child's mother still doesn't comply with the court order visits being unsupervised. Things are always working in her favor all my boyfriend wants is to be apart of his son's life and all she is doing is filling the child's head with lies. Can you help us on where to go from here. Desperate!!

Have your attorney file a new motion for unsupervised visits. Then if she refuses to comply, have her held in contempt.
