I am moved over it, but I wanted to know how do u interpret this message. We met first time randomly on chat and then we chattef from time to time and then finally I met him once in person with his friend. After that was dead silence until 3 weeks after he wrote that. When I met him I tried to be as nice as possible. But it looks he thought diffently. Is he impatient in developing friendship? There was a lot of prospective connections between us. One the fact that he is Polish and I am and he was born in Poland and I. And even the fact that he moved to live in the city in the nearly same location where I live near my college campus.

I interpret it as he is trying to politely tell you he isn't interested in being friends with you.

That is my take too. That he is simply not interested in you as a friend or potential date material. But he was polite and wished you well. Do not pursue him. Leave him alone and get past this little episode and seek your own good will among other people.
