I need information on strangulation of the intestines with symptoms. Or an intersinal disease that would make me vomit bowel and blood clots.:(

There are too many to consider:

Intussusception, crohn's, ulcerative colitis, peptic ulcer disease , ileus due to medications or adhesions, alcohol related gastritis, medication related gastritis, etccc...
I 'd see your doctor or gastroenterologist...
