Are you looking for instructions on how to set this sort of thing up for a website or webpage?

This sounds very suspiciously like a school task you are assigned. We are not here to do your assignments for you, if this is the case, Sorry.

As Chery said, we don't do homework assignments. If you want to copose the e-mials and post them asking for our opinions, that we will do. But the assignment was given for YOU to do as a learning exercise.

Hi,
You can get all the research you can read by going to http://www.google.com, or other search engines, by typing in "shared drives", without quotes, then click on Search or Go.
Best of luck,
fredg

Another case of your not reading the question carefully. His assignment was to compose a response e-mail to a request for access to a shared drive. I sincerely doubt that googling "shared drives" is going to help with that.

Yes I did. Got a lot of hits that explained what a shared drive is, but nothing that explains how to answer a help desk request. You keep make a bigger fool of yourself with your garbage answers.
