My toro lawn tractor stalled and won't start turns over but won't fire .
No spark I checked fuses all OK

Remove blower housing to gain access to the coil (armature-magneto), remove the small black "kill" wire and see if you have spark. If not then the coil is bad. You can use a business card to set the air gap between the flywheel magnets and coil.
