I have a 93 Honda Civic EX (2 door) that has a strange problem. When the weather is good - dry and warm, it starts and runs without any problem. But it won't start when it is wet or cold. I can not start the car in the morning and have to wait until the afternoon. I have changed the spark plug wires and distributor. But it does not seem help the situation. Any advices/suggestion will be really appreciated.
Thanks.

Have you tried checking if it's getting a spark once it won't start? Read the FAQ for instructions about removing spark plug wires and checking for spark.

Did you read your ECU codes? Is it throwing any codes?

If it's getting spark, try smelling your exhaust when someone cranks it (when it won't start) and see if you smell gas. It will tell you whether it's getting gas or not.

Try spraying ignition componenets with water from a spray bottle while you have someone crank the engine ,look and listen for sparks jumping. If this model has an external ignition coil be sure to spray it down also
