I have a questiun I went to the docs today and they did an hcg level wich is 1500 and that is good I tripled in 2 days but then they did an ultrasound and they said it is showing no pregnancy in the uterus and they said it is to early to see they said they don't think it is ectopic because my levels went up so high but they are still a chance I have had no pain just everyonce in a while and it is normal for me no bleeding or nothing what can this be should I worry?

I wouldn't be worried if I were you. As long as your HCG levels are rising, everything should be fine. You are probably too early along for an ultrasound to show anything.

Yes, keep in mind how tiny a fertilized egg is... microscopic! If your doctors aren't worried, you shouldn't be either :)
