I used to be a 155, I lost 25 pounds (now 130-132)
Is it possible for me to even lose more weight? Or am I stuck with gaining muscle weight?
Can I avoid muscle weight?
I do a exercise dvd called SLimin6
Slim in 6
It's a good program
ITs 6 weeks and its low-high intensity workout.
Week 1- 30 minutes
Week 2- 47 minutes
Week 3-6= 60 minutes
It does invovle resistance bands but I didn't get up to that portion yet, Right now I'm on Week one but Monday I start week two.
I really don't want muscle weight.
I just want to look tone, and tinier.
With a smaller number
(I am 5'3 and 15 yrs old)

Doll you WANT muscle weight. Muscle burns way more calories and makes you look leaner. You just don't want to lift heavy weights that's where people end up getting muscle bulk. Resistance bands are great because they will give you lean muscle.

But you can gain muscle weight and actually be smaller.
I used to weigh around 140 (which was VERY skinny for me) and I gained 15 pounds of muscle and went down 2 clothing sizes. The number on the scale means nothing. I've seen girls stay the same weight from working out yet shrink clothing sizes.

Have you considered counseling? You seem very concerned about your weight as well as your perfect grades. This is a perfect set up for anorexia.
I would rather weigh 150 full of muscle than 150 full of fat.
Your questions are really beginning to concern me. And please don't say "hahaha" this time, its really not funny.
Sorry I am so sarcastic, but you are really beginning to concern some of us. This is bordering on an eating disorder.

:/ Well I worry about perfect grads cause I want a good furture. But...
I do eat a lot, like I don't starve myself
Idk even my mom calls me sick, she tells me "Soemthigns wrong with you, every time you walk by a mirror you sit there looking not see how your stomach looks like for like 864654 hours"
Its just ever since I was little I was always fat fat fat fat. I never want to become fat again. It was depressing for me as a 9 yr old kid to weigh 130 something pounds and then when I am 13 to weigh 155.
I mean I am happy to be average and healthy again but those extra 10 pounds mean a lot to me. I promise I am not turning Ana at any given moment.
Its just hard to get it in my head that the number doesn't matter.
Edit:And its okay, I don't mind sarcasm from others. I bleed sarcasm.
::Edit:
Besides, We live in a society today were obesity is an epidemic. Who isn't concerned about there weight? ;/

Honey, I answered your question before, and I do feel like you are obsessing. I used to obsess too and my parents thought I was anorexic and had eating disorders, but I was just so scared of getting fat, so scared I would have rather died, seriously. So I know how you feel. It took me years to appreciate muscle. That number on the scale means absolutely nothing! It's so okay to weigh 130, actually, it's great! You don't need to weigh 120 if your body physically cannot do it without losing muscle. The last thing you want to do is lose precious muscle, that stuff is GOLD! Truly it is! Your body will be physically healthier with muscle, and being thin and flabby is not that great. You want to be firm and muscular, and you'll feel better. It's better to weigh 130 and have muscle and be healthy, than weigh 110-120 and be flabby and soft! Trust me, you'll appreciate it one day, if not now! Good luck sweetie, we're here for you!

It makes me feel good I have someone who relates to me :).
I understand, people say you can lose the pounds but you can still be all flabby.
But doesn't muscle make you look bigger?
I'm going to check my scale Saturday ( I do it once a week)
Who knows what my body is out now but I'm going to try to get that whole number thing out of the way :)
Thanks for the supprt.
