If your asking how to install a shower head on a chrome shower arm you unscrew the old shower head and Teflon Tape the threads and screw on the new head. Use a crescent wrench and not a pair of pliers to avoid marking the chrome finish. Good luck, Tom

If you're asking about a hand held shower head the process's just about the same. The tube's attached to the chrome shower arm and the shower spray holder is attached as per directions. Good luck, Tom
