I have a dilemma! My car was taken unauthorized and ended up totaled. I have called the cops and I have called my insurance. My dilemma is that I only have liability so I am trying to prepare an accurate case to sue his insurance company. You need to get an attorney to sue his insurance company which may not cover it because it was unauthorized (illegal) use of the vehicle. They are more likely to cover it if he had permission, depending on the type of coverage he has.
