Well, I'm 17 years old and I've been going out with my girlfriend for about a year and one month.(bare with me if some of this doesn't make sense, lol).. and I love her I do... she's like my best friend, I'm attracted and everything... but there's this other girl that I've always really liked for like 4 years now, and I think she's gorgeous and I enjoy talking to her, I actually think she's more my type... I didn't know her well at the beginning.. but in the last year I've gotten to know her better... and just when I think I really love my girlfriend, I realize that when I see this other girl at school she's all I think about, and I just get that feeling.. however, the thing is she has a boyfriend... and she seems quite serious about him... my problem is, I don't know what to think... like I love my girlfriend, but when I'm with this other girl I can't get my mind off her... but she's taken anyway... so I really just don't know what to think, because when I'm with my girlfriend I'm really happy.. that is unless I'm thinking of the other girl, in which casei feel it should end with my girlfriend... but if it wasn't for the other girl, I wouldn't even think of ending it with my girlfriend... except it seems unrealistic to be with the other girl because she has a boyfriend... so I don't know what to do, I'm unhappy at times because of a girl I don't think I can have... what do I do?. can any one relate? lol

Basically, just stay with your current girlfriend. Just remain friends with the girl you like under these circumstances.
I believe that current romantic ties with your love are a lot more important than an attraction to another person.
I mean, if you try to get two things at the same time, would you'll end up losing both in the end?
I just hope your current girlfriend doesn't get thrown out of the picture because a relationship that's over a year old shouldn't be set aside that easily.
