I was working in retail and I was arrested for theft by taking, misdemeanor,in the amount of 183.24.I got out on a 143 dollars bail and my court date is on December 6th.my grandma just passed away and I have to go home immediatly(I am from west africa)and I don't think that I'll be able to come back since my visa has been expired for 2 years now.but that's not the problem.my question is if the a bench warrant is issued under my name here in Georgia, will I be able to get a visa to go to canada and complete my studies if I apply from my country or are they going to be able to see the bench warrant in their system all the way back in africa?and my second problem is that at the time I got the job,my id card was eexpired and I really needed the money so I worked under my sister's name.but I clarified everything at the police station when they arrested me and all the charges were filed under my name with my fingerprints and everything.so since she is staying here,is she going to be in trouble if I leave?and they didn't tell me anything at he police station and they just changed my name on the paper.so do you think they are going to add that as an extra charge the day of my court date or is it going to slide since I wasn't charged for that?please answer my questions quick cause I am worried to death

I don't know if Canada will check your visa status with the US before granting you a visa. If they do I doubt if you would get one.
