Every time we flush the toilet, we hear gurgle sounds coming from the bathtup and the water is slow draining from the bowl. I can't see any visible proplem with the vent pipe.
Any idea what's causing this proplem?

Your toilet's attempting to vent through the tubs trap. This points to a blocked vent. The solution's to snake the lavatory roof vent. Putout enough cable to reach the base and 20 foot more. Good luck, Tom
