A dvb t tv tuner (http://www.espow.com/wholesale-entertainment-home-video-accessories-digital-tv-tuners.html)is a device that allows you to connect analog or digital TV signals to your computer. No TV tuner, you can not watch and record TV programs in the Windows Media Center. TV tuner There are two basic models: an external TV tuner, usually to your computer's USB port insert, and internal TV tuner card, you must install on your computer.
