How do I go about getting a name off a title. The car loan is in my name and I've paid all car payments and just had to put insurance on the car because she let it laps.

If someone else's name is on the title for the car, then you don't own the car. You'll have to get her to sign the title over to you. You will lprobably have to buy her out.

Why did you pay off the car loan if you aren't the owner?
