My ex husband has remarried the woman he was cheating with in the military and has now moved out of the country to Germany where she is stationed. He only paid enough support to get caught up so his passport would be unblocked. Now that he is there is has no plans on paying child support is there a way for the new wife's wages to be attached since he is her dependent?

No, but if your court will find him in contempt and put a warrant out for him, have this reported to the military, they will have problems with a deployed spouse being a wanted on warrant

Have the court find him in contempt.. then they will place a warrant out for him and it will go state wide then national.. if and when he re-enters the country then he will have to answer for it.. S_Cianci's statement about the Spouse not being responsible for the others child?? Has never lived or had to pay his wife's child support in the Great State of Georgia... I paid 35 dollars a week till I divorced my wife which took 3 years..
Don't hold yer breath for child support but throw a party that another Deadbeats out of the country
