I want to kick my roommate out and need advice. She has not paid all of augusts rent yet and none of September. I also know she is dealing drugs and things are disappearing. I need her out immediately. With her not being on the lease and making me feel unsafe how much notice do I have to give her? Her mom lives in town and I want her out by the end of the weekend.

You posted twice. You don't have to give her any notice if she is not paying her share and not on the lease.

Sorry but you do need to give her notice. You have allowed her to establish her residency in your place so you need to serve her a 30 day notice to vacate. You could call the cops of her but it could backfire.

Ballenger is correct. Your lease is with your lendlord. If the roomie isn't on the lease, then she is YOUR tenant. If you do not have a formal lease with her, then she is a month to month tenant and you can have to give her notice of one rental period. If she doesn't move out at the specified time, you have to start the formal eviction process.

Technically, Scott and ballenger are correct. Give proper notice, eviction process if she doesn't leave. This is one instance where I would probably take my chances on just booting her. I would think if she threatened to sue you or anything you could hold over her head the fact that you'd report her illegal activities.

Do you know any local police officers? Do you know when she could be caught, away from your place of residence, in possession of drugs? I wouldn't hesitate to turn her in.

You'd think with all of the drug dealing she'd be able to afford rent...

If she is selling drugs and there are drugs in the apartment, call the police and let her new residence be county lock up.

Father Chuck, I have a? I think you've mentioned that you used to be in law enfrcmnt...

What are the possible risks for the OP? If she called the police and they "raided" the place while she was home also (or worse - her there, roomie gone) couldn't she be arrested too? You can't just claim, "they're not my drugs" and be left out of it, can you? I've, fortunately, never had this happen in my properties, but have friends with rentals who have had situations like this get messy.
