I have a borg warner furnace / AC unit. The unit cycles properly while in heat mode. However. In a/c the unit blows cold but the condenser will not shut off. Any cycle control in the condenser unit it's self?

Check the contactor as the contacts may be welded shut. Many time you can force them open and clean with a small file or finger nail file to make a short term fix, but would advise replacing. Not expensive or difficuilt to do. Change each wire one at a time on the new. SHUT POWER OFF before doing any repairs.
