Generally the introduction letter for a new employee is short, not longer than one page. It is concise, saying who the person is, a bit of background and experience pertaining to the company and the area the person will be working or which clientele the person will work with. Nothing fancy, mostly done as a courtesy to your customers so when they come in or call, the name will not be strange.
