Hello, I'm Jay. I'm a senior at High School here in the US. I'm very brilliant and have straight As since I got here. Now I have a very stressful situation. I have a B-2 Visa. I can't go back because it's too late. I'm too smart to stay home and not attend college. This is a burden upon me. I can't concentrate. My grades are going down. I can't eat nor sleep. Is there any way I can attend college with my B-2 Visa?- also my I-94 will expire on August 2008 and I'll graduate before that. That is the only hope I have.

Jay, have you talked to any college admissions people to see if they have any advice for you? Also, why don't you post your question on the immigration law forum on this web site. Perhaps someone who is well versed in that specialty could help you.
