Need help finding if I need to become legal gardian of grand daughter I live in wash state.. she's lived with me sense 1999... school pushing voc training none which she can do.. she's total care.. 24/7 please help!

What's the problem and what is your question exactly?

School is pushing vocational training IEP this year I objected as was not aproprate for her.. now find out in out state at 17 rights are turned over too her... or state... how I go about getting legal gardianship in my state of Washington

The legal guardianship is awarded usually by court.You have to file a petition for guardianship and to prove that you are the primary caretaker.

By the way the vocational training is not a bad idea-this type of training will improve a lot your grand daughter's chances and will make odds even... And it is medical question what she can and what she cannot do or make.Go to school and prove that she cannot be vocational trained and use medical records and papers as an evidence.
My view-to be disabled does not mean you are not a part of the society and I appreciate all for re-integration of disabled people... Good luck!
