It is sung in french, so I guess it's harder to find it out. The main lyrics are something like: comme ci comme ça, ça va, ça va.. and that part is repeated a lot during the song. And hum, it is danceable. It looks like a french pop song. And I'm not sure about the rest of the lyrics.. I heard it a lot in a hotel and a beach in Tunisia and me and my cousin would like to know what song it is, as it reminds us of the place. :) Thanks. :)

I may add that I tried Google and what came out was Comment Ça Va by The Shorts and I'm pretty sure that's not the one. The lyrics could somehow fit it though.
