I want to have webpages translated from other languages to English. What software ( freeware ) do I have to install ? PLease recommend.

babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/) will do it for some languages.

However, translator technology is notoriously (and hilariously) buggy (http://www.tashian.com/multibabel/).
