I tried to get it from Windows Updade, but unfortunately it isn't working for my PC.
So if you have it, would you be so kind as to send it to me?
Thanks in advance!

If the "Install On Demand" option is checked at Tools : Internet Options : Advanced then you can simply select Russian View : Encoding and the fonts and codepages should be downloaded and installed automatically.
Good Luck,
Tim

OK, but when I try to enter a russian site I get an error message at the bottom of the page. When I click to see what the error is, it says: Invalid Character.
I don't know why it happens, I have the Russian language support installed on my PC.

I assume you are using Internet Exploder if yes, if you clikc View > Encoding > Auto-Select it should show the Russian characters if you have the language pack installed.
