I did find something about a George Villa, who was an artist, on the following site. Parisian Art Discovery - Art treasures of a Golden Age - George Villa's Contributions (http://parisian-art.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=23&Itemid=35) Maybe there is something on that site that would be helpful to you to find information about the watercolor about which you are inquiring.

From that site:

George Villa was a prolific painter, engraver, lithographer and illustrator. He was born in 1883 and died in 1965. Among all Cornet Societe artists, Villa's work shows the finest detail and his works represent the most exquisite lithographic detail. He was a member of the Humoristes Societe as well as Chevalier de la Legion d'honneur.Villa designed 17 menus for the Cornet Societe between 1925 and 1942:
