I bought a hunter 44360 digital thermostat to replace a Rudd.
The Rudd was wired Y-Yellow, G-green, E-White, R- Red, B-Blue, and a brown on X.
The Hunter has G, RC, RH, Y/O, W/B and Y1.
I can't seem to get the outside fan to run.
Also before changing the thermostat, the blower fan constantly runs.
Please help me it is over 90 degrees in the house and in the 100"s outside.

You need to exchange this thermostat for a heat pump with two stage heat.
It may be that you have a blown fuse in your air handler. The air handler is probably in the attic. Remove the front panel you will see a printed circuit board and this fuse is like a automotive fuse, it will plug in. The trans former is protected by this fuse, chance the transformer is bad.
The indoor fan will run constantly when the fuse or transformer goes out.
Be sure to kill power before putting hands in control box.
